I just wanted to let you know that it looks like the changes with the progesterone are helping a lot! And not consuming soy (except 50 mgs soy isoflavone capsules). My hormones are levelling out but my sleep is MUCH improved. I've even been able to take refreshing naps. I am starting to feel like myself again.
My memory has improved a lot and so I'm actually able to remember what I've been studying. I'm on Babesia treatment too. I can't believe what a dramatic difference it is between this time last month. Also, I'm not having any of my symptoms I was having in the fall (insomnia is improving but also flashing lights have gone away.)
