1. We learn about Lyme, and Coinfections like Bartonella and Babesia for about 60-90 seconds. I do not expect any doctor to know any of them.
2. Infectious Disease doctors have trivial, outdated, and fully wrong approaches to these precise three infections. I own a top medical school prep for the boards to become Board Certified in Infectious Disease. The magnitude of diverse infections learned is worthy of honor. But there is flawed, tiny information on Bartonella, Babesia, and the four forms of Lyme disease that other LLMDs try to overlearn.
3. The two treatments for Lyme, Doxy and Amoxy are reported to cure 80%. I believe some feel restored since there is some killing and some anti-inflammatory effects.
*But, Lyme is a super slow growing infection, and may be more like TB that requires a year plus of triple antibiotics. You can kill snails when you treat them like road runners?
* Lyme easily makes a hard nut form or cysts, Doxy and Amoxy have no effect. And these cycts open months to many years later.
* Doxycycline at 200 mg some feel more stunning than killing. Is this high enough to move from a stunning Lyme drug to a killing (-cidal) dose?
* Doxy and Amoxy do not appear to kill the still, frozen, hibernating persister Lyme forms.
*Treating the Lyme and Bartonella biofilm is a challenge. I wrote the #1 book on COMBATING BIOFILMS biofilms 2014, and learned five new attacks being used by diverse physicians this week alone. Humbling. And requiring very aggressive study and consultation with other top tick, flea and other biting insect emerging infections. 95% of bacteria as you read this may be in a biofilm powerful wall. Doxy and Amoxy have no ability to pass through the strong complex Lyme and Bartonella biofilm walls.
* Talking with some experts I have asked: “How do you know when you have defeated the biofilms of Lyme and Bartonella? I think I proved a treatment by a chemical surging profoundly in five patients years ago. Some doubt this treatment enters blood. Yet you can smell in stool after 30 feet of stool dilution. And this option readily enters mucous membranes. And we use special affordable layers of capsules to allow for volatile agents that burn your tongue for 5-10 seconds that have been shown to be more powerful than basic oils. But is there an easy way to test biofilm removal? In a lab test tube you can. Useful information but we have 9-12 pints of blood that may have to be considered which dilute treatments.
* We do have agents that have support for use. And need more options and better ways to see rat anf human biofilm destruction
WHAT TO ASK YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR, INFECTION DOCTOR, LYME DOCTOR OR LL MD?
1. Should we treat for a month to kill Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella, before testing, to unmask super stealth infections to increase the chance to get positive antibodies? This is a different approach from my treatment of repeated treatment failures. Good doctors may not do this.
2. Is the testing covered by insurance? Advanced technology is millions to be current every year. Good testing is usually at least $520, but I defer to your doctor who hopefully is doing more than obeying a couple pages in a guide book. Imagine a brain surgeon removing a precise complex tumor following a few pages.
3. Will we test for Bartonella and Babesia? Cost?
4. I find Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia to be complex, and not just a 5 day Z-pack. How are you learning about them?
