I have researched herbs for decades, including a small publication on a herb published with positions published by past editors of the Journal of the American Medical Society past editors. It was the most debated topic in JAMA history. And I have since published two expert research books on herbs for Babesia, Bartonella and Lyme disease.
But here let us look at herb biofilm treatment options. I was only able to find three articles on this issue and little in huge naturopath textbooks. But maybe more. We have published on herbal essential oils great utility against biofilms.
One article mentions these:
…. Extracts were studied for their antimicrobial potential against planktonic and biofilm-producing cells of [Staph] aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and [Candida] albicans. The impact of the extracts on cellular metabolic activity and biofilm biomass production was evaluated.
- Extracts of cheilanthifoliawere found to be the most effective against all tested human pathogens. It has a fern leaf and one name for it includes fern-leaf. The full name is Corydalis cheilanthifolia. Other species exist more commonly.
 - Tests indicated a high antimicrobial impact of quercetin in extracts of aerial parts against planktonic cells of aureus, P. aeruginosa, and C. albicans.

Issues may include availability, purity of the herb, what part(s) are optimally effective against biofilms, etc.
