In 100% of my decades of Morgellons patients I have found multiple infections. Never one type.
These all have impact on the skin and head tissues. And they are in thousands of miles of brain vessels.
Sadly, most doctors have a full waiting room and a rapid mill. The problem this creates is Morgellons patients are distressed, agitated, overwhelmed and confused by their medical pathology seen in 100% of my patients unless doing 1970-1980 testing.
So most doctors are not able to handle agitation. And Morgellons patients are agitated by infections throughout the body and brain.
It is no different than a tumor, stroke, or toxic poisoning–the brain is very vulnerable.
But with top quality treatment and psychiatry band-aids to promote sleep and calm, they do fine. And over time they do not need the calming and pro-sleep treatments.
Why? Because their infections are largely gone.
A different type of medical suffering, like unusual Morgellons, is not an invitation to be harsh, ignorant about infections creating distress and agitation, and show empathic failure. Indeed, over time, they are marvelous people and patients.
Decades ago my family was having personality changes. So was I. It was not pretty. Some Lyme politics people may look down on that. And that is simply unkind. And in decades that superiority will blow away as dust.
