In religion and metaphysics, putting anything before God is idolatry. Anyone claiming they know all things related to an area of knowledge have no sense of the immense knowledge needed for total mastery of all endocrine, surgery, neurology, or GI gastrointestinal medicine. I have published in all of these or found treatments unknown by these specialists. But that does not make me an expert in parathyroid cancer.
I have the material to pass the infectious Disease Medical Boards. Very impressive. Really. And I would see an IDSA doctor for 500+ things.
But they do not know all in regards to infections. They are humans, not all knowing infection gods.
But some, who have trivial, flawed simplistic knowledge in Babesia, Bartonella and Lyme disease, say,
“I AM AN INFECTION DOCTOR.
ONLY WE KNOW THESE THREE INFECTIONS.
YOU CAN STUDY 500+ HOURS AND TREAT THOUSANDS, [TYPICALLY RESTORING FUNCTION],
BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT WE KNOW.
WE ARE THE KINGS, POPES, AND PRIME MINISTERS OF LYME, BABESIA AND BARTONELLA.
AGREE, OR WE WILL END YOUR LIFE CAREER.”
We have to all be careful to avoid extreme positions, and clear Narcissism and False Advertising.
Do some take hours or days of learning and think they are ready to advertise their “expertise?” Yes. And they are not experts. But might do initial testing at high sensitivity higher tech science testing
But many IDSA doctors have profoundly trivial study of these three infections, Bartonella, Babesia, Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever, and attack any doctor with 100x the expertise, as engaging in malpractice, and try intensely to remove a doctor’s license after 20, 30 years of training and education. Evil. Malignant Narcissism, and Abuse of Passing the Infection Board Exam.
Such actions are known to me. I have only seen a handful of IDSA doctors who know more than the physicians they attack in these exact three infections.
Their arguments:
- You did not pass the Infection doctor Board test [with 20 years of out of date knowledge in these three infections].
- You are not following our guidelines. [These are highly biased, and ignore over a 1000 research articles].
There are merely a handful of infection doctor experts in Bartonella, Babesia or Lyme disease. Profoundly rare. These exceptions do not follow the IDSA infection doctor guidelines.
PATHOLOGICAL NARCISSISM IN DOCTORS MAY INCLUDE
- Must be admired. [See we are the only ones that know all infections?]
- An unreasonably high sense of their own importance. [In areas of minimal training and study?]
- Lack empathy. [For different views? Ending careers of those with hyper training in the three infections?]
- We have the only important knowledge and success in this area.
- Entitled [Only we know these infections. All must come to us?]
- Arrogent [Experts in all infections?]
- Extreme confidence [We have unlimited all knowing expertise in all infections affecting people].
- Upset at difference, and easily upset by the slightest criticism. [Upset by ignoring their opinions?]
- Work aggressively to gain power and influence. [Insult or end careers of doctors of medicine with a different approach].
DO I HAVE THESE TRAITS AT TIMES? I CERTAINLY DO. AT TIMES.
If you dislike and reject patients and doctors with a different view of these new emerging infections, you may be very unrealistic about your knowledge and the complexity of these immune evading specific three biting insect infections
