You have likely not heard of the bacterium “Bartonella.” It is present in approximately 15-20% of everyone. It has grown from 3 species in the early 90s to the 23 we are publishing in our 13th infection book, The Definitive Guide to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Bartonella. It resides in red blood cells, on their outer edge, in the watery blood, and inside the 60,000 miles of your body’s tubing. Since it is everywhere it has the potential to cause over 500 conditions. In 2007 we wrote the first paper on its psychiatric effects. In 2008, we wrote the first Bartonella books. The best treatments appear to be multiple treatments which are comfortable to take. Watch out for our book!
