Very few understand the magnitude of destruction of a personality possible with Bartonella, or Lyme and Babesia,
In 2007 we wrote the first article on Bartonella making irritable, depressed, panicked, unable to sleep, etc. And in 2008, we wrote the first world books on Bartonella, which are obsolete books. Our new one is literally 50x better. But my goal here is the personality change mentioned in 2007.
SAMPLE: Minister and wife come to me concerned they are both getting “reactive” and “cursing.” The point they made is that it is not them. They also have a cozy relationship. Nothing new was happening. Except, a fly bite, possible flea exposure and two rescue kittens. BARTONELLA POSITIVE. And over time they returned to themselves. They were given Doxycycline 200 mg a day and rifampin 600 mg a day.
ERROR: As discussed in our definatine pending Infection Physician’s Guide to Bartonella, we explain the common use of Doxycycline as a treatment is at least 11 years out of date.
According to my kind teacher and adviser Edward Breischwerdt, a veterinarian who is the top world Bartonella expert, this is useless after acute Bartonella.
ERROR TWO: Rifampin is reasonable Bartonella treatment. But the idea that one drug is the great treatment messiah is not what our research shows, our 23 years of experience, or the lab testing of Y. Zhang. Simply, more types of attacks are better.
So when 1200 mg of Rifampin is tolerated, we go to at least 600 mg a day of rifabutin that has about 45-55x more tissue penetration (Bob Moziani, MD’s quote and any exact error is mine).
More to come every week.
