Poliner v. Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas

On August 26, 2004, a jury ruled against James Knochel, MD; Charles Levin, MD; John F. Harper, MD; and the Prebyterian Hospital of Dallas due to the sham peer review which resulted in adverse action against Dr. Poliner's cardiac catheterization privileges. The jury awarded Dr. Poliner $366 million.
